Terms and Conditions for PR Representatives

1. All invitations for events, product/website reviews, giveaway opportunities, and press releases are subject to approval. Please state a deadline if an urgent reply in required
2. Mass-distributed invitations (contact taken from blog networks) that are not personally addressed to the author will only be replied upon acceptance
3. The author is currently residing in Malaysia. Therefore, PR representatives are encouraged to offer products for review that can be sent to a Malaysian address
4. The majority of Skin Deco’s readers are from the US thus, there is an opportunity to reach out to US consumers. If you would like to extend invitations for events that are held in the US or request for reviews of products that can only be sent to a US mailing address, Skin Deco will be represented by a New York based correspondent. In your e-mail, please specify that your offer is valid for US residents only
5. When your invitation has been accepted and responded to, please reply in a timely manner
6. You are encouraged to request for the author's preferences prior to offering products for review especially for color and skin type sensitive products such as color makeup (foundation, lipstick, eyeshadow, etc.) and skin care
7. Products received that are of unacceptable suitability may be reviewed by guest reviewers or be used for giveaways
8. Delivery costs will be bourne by the representing company
9. Skin Deco will not be held responsible for any missing, damaged or delayed packages Please allow a testing period of at least one(1) month before the review will be posted. If you require an urgent post, do state a deadline. However, the author may or may not comply
10. All reviews are based on the author's personal opinions on the product. Negative reviews may or may not be ommitted
11. The author does not accept paid reviews
12. A disclaimer stating that the product was provided for review will be placed at the end of the review post
