1. Entrants below the age of 18 must have permission from their parent/guardian to participate in the contest and reveal their contact information upon winner notification and delivery of prize
2. Multiple entries by one participant is not allowed unless stated otherwise in the contest mechanics. If winner is selected by Skindeco.net or a judge panel, the decisions are final. If winner is selected by random drawing, odds of winning depend on the eligible number of entries received for each drawing. Skindeco.net holds no obligation to disclose how the winners are selected
3. Skindeco.net reserves the right to extend the period or alter the mechanics or discontinue the contest entirely in the case of unsatisfactory response from participants

6. Prize winners will be notified by their registered e-mail and announced on Skindeco.net. Winners must respond within a timely manner (3 days) with their contact information and valid shipping address, or the prize is forfeit and a new winner will be selected
7. Prizes will be awarded either by Skindeco.net or by the affiliated merchants in a timely manner. Skindeco.net or the affiliated merchants reserve the right to substitute any and all prizes with prizes of equal or greater value, if an advertised prize becomes unavailable
8. Prize winners are responsible for all federal, state and local taxes
9. Distribution time of prizes is determined by Skindeco.net or the affiliated merchants without any obligation to notify the winners prior to delivery. Skindeco.net and the affiliated merchant will not be liable of any loss or damage of the prizes during and after delivery. Skindeco.net will not be responsible of any delayed or unsuccessful distributions if delivery is done by the affiliated merchants
